Devs really pulled the school yard "im taking back my ball" move. Pretty sure afterwards they investigated and didnt find any actual evidence of cheating. Which should have been apparent cuz if they did, they would have just banned that cheater not reset the boss.

ESO isnt an mmo, its a huge and incredible single player game with a little pieces of "mmo" and i REALLY love it. Its 9 points game if u wanna a single player game but with the chance to play online and do real pvp. If u come to eso looking for a "wow/l2" game ur wrong. PD: u play 10 years the same mmo and now u say its not ur game... so idk rick...

If they would of added more PVP maps or content maybe fixing the lag or balance the classes thats why I left after 1000 hours

There's two commands you can type in-game which really improve the environments and make them MUCH closer to the beauty of LOTRO, rather than the sparse ground of default EQ2. BTW, Feel free to make your own video giving this PSA for EQ2. I bet it would be good clickbait to be like "What if I told you that you could go from THIS [screenshot] to THIS [significantly better screenshot]? No credit needed. This is not my tip, but the community's. ------------ "/r_flora_radius_scale #" "/r_flora_density_scale #" I set mine to 2 & 3. So in chat, I type "/r_flora_radius_scale 2" "/r_flora_density_scale 3" I prefer 14 density, but 3 is about as high as I can go without the grass billboards changing too much. But if you don't mind that, set it as high as you want. I tested these numbers in Queen's Colony. The difference is an ugly game environment transforming into a beautiful LOTRO-like environment, just going to density 3. I received no performance drop even when I set it as high as 20 on density. Radius is the distance from your character the Flora spawns. Density is how thick the Flora is. This setting transcends the options slider, which maxes out way too low. Also worth noting to people: Oldschool Tip: Set Anisotropic filtering (AF) to x16 in your NVIDIA/AMD control panel. This has always drastically improved texture clarity for EQ2. This option does not exist in the game's menu, so must be done in the Graphics Card control panel on your PC. New Tip: In 2023, the devs added a Hardware option for newer Intel CPU's. If you have a 11th, 12th, 13th, or any CPU that uses E-Cores, you need to goto OPTIONS->HARDWARE and set that option's number to much lower. I have 6 physical cores (12 theads) and 4 e-cores, so I set mine to 11 (0 counts as 1, so 11 = 12). This gives a 50% boost to FPS. Also just to note, I have found disabling E-Cores to improve other classic games. I gained a 20fps boostin LOTRO by going into my bios to disable E-Cores entirely, because it lacks this EQ2 option. However you don't need to do that with EQ2 bc they added this feature, which is great!

They are full of shit when they say most people play at max level in current content. I'd love to see data of minutes played per server over a month period of time. I guarantee their TLP's have the most people on them. I've been on Luclin and Ragefire and others, to a one they are ghost towns, and in some instances /who all showed me as the lone person on the server at the time.
